Is there a possibility that the oil pan is connected to a hose that extends outwards near the vehicle's frame? This setup was common in many Hough loaders in the past. Additionally, check if there is a recessed plug in the oil pan that can be turned with an allen wrench or a 1/2 drive tool like a ratchet. It would be helpful to share a few photos of the oil pan so that someone can easily locate the drain plug or hose.

I discovered it on the right side – initially mistaking it for a fuel tank drain. Upon opening it, we found oil inside. Grateful for the find!

Paul Young discovered oil on the right side of the vehicle while inspecting what he initially thought was a fuel tank drain. He was pleasantly surprised to find oil instead. He suggested checking for a similar setup on the opposite side of the frame, where a hose from the bottom of the radiator usually connects to a plug.
