How to Properly Bleed Brake Calipers on Case w20c Loader

Question:

Currently, I am addressing an issue with the brakes on my w 20 c case loader. Despite fixing all the lines and air leaks, I am experiencing minimal oil flow from the bleeders. Each caliper has two bleeders, and I am seeking guidance on how to properly bleed them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you possess a pressure bleeder, begin by disconnecting the line from the IV reservoir and attaching the pressure bleeder line to the master cylinder. Secure the hose on the bleeder screws and ensure it is placed in a container for the fluid. Slowly open the bleeder screw until no air bubbles are visible, then tightly close it before moving on to the next bleeder screw. Monitor the fluid level in the pressure bleeder as you proceed. Once finished, reattach the IV reservoir and fill it to the top. In the absence of a pressure bleeder, you can have a helper inside the vehicle press and hold the brake pedal while you open and close the bleeder screw. Use a hose and container for the fluid and follow the same procedure of pressing the brake pedal, opening the bleeder, closing it, and releasing the pedal while continuously checking the reservoir fluid level. Maintain adequate air pressure throughout the process, either by keeping the machine running or by using an air hose from a compressor set at around 110 psi to prevent the air tank relief from continuously activating. Consider cleaning the ports of the bleeder screws before starting if needed, as a lack of fluid flow could indicate a need for servicing the master cylinders and brake chambers.
