The Upton MT-855, previously equipped with a Hercules engine, was upgraded with a turbo Cummins NTC 290 for increased power. The Cummins engine has been modified to 330 hp, resulting in 300 drawbar hp. This tractor features a 24-speed Spicer gearbox driving a rear axle from a Terex wheel loader. The front axle is sourced from a Diamond T truck, and the tractor weighs 16 tonnes. With only around 30 of these tractors produced, this rare model was primarily used for pulling an air seeder before being repurposed for pulling a 20-ton stone roller to break down limestone terrain.
