Upon further reflection and closer inspection, it appears that the air jackhammer in question may be quite antiquated.
I don't believe NPK manufactures bladder accumulator hammers, do you follow?
It appears to be a custom-built housing for a tramac hammer. Can you please share additional pictures, such as the pin retainer pins? Explore more images of the customized tramac hammer housing and its features.
Looking for assistance: I am interested in receiving training for demolition. Unfortunately, there are no schools in Romania that offer this program, but there are many opportunities available. Can anyone recommend good demolition schools in the UK? Thank you.
I am interested in finding demolition training opportunities in Romania, as there are currently no schools offering such programs. However, I have heard that the UK has some reputable schools for training in the field of demolition. Can anyone recommend any good demolition training schools in the UK? Your input is greatly appreciated.
Greetings george seucan, welcome to the Heavy Equipment Forums! Feel free to join our community and share your insights on heavy machinery and construction equipment. Cheers! :clinking_glasses:
I'm excited to be welcomed here! I have a question that might not be professional. Can I ask which part of Georgia you're from? I used to reside in Norcross for about 13 months.
George Seucan inquired about the geographical location by asking which part of Georgia the speaker is from. He mentioned he previously resided in North Cross for 13 months. The speaker responded that they currently live approximately 15 miles outside of Macon.
This striking vehicle appears to be a Tramac model.
I was informed that the equipment is a Tramac BRP85. Thank you for your response.
The "BRP85" definitely gives off Montabert hammer vibes! Explore the similarities between the two and discover the potential power of the BRP85.
Yes, the Redline tires by Tramac feature a unique S-type design protective strip, reminiscent of the classic painted style from earlier models.
When montabertSparffo mentioned the "BRP85," it reminded me of a montabert hammer. After taking a closer look, it indeed resembles one and could potentially be one. For more information, you can visit the following link: http://www.demolitiontool.com/v2/index.php?target=products&product_id=2505.
The Montabert BRH 125 is a reliable and sturdy hammer that can tirelessly chip away all day long.
Is nitrogen necessary for the hammer, similar to our NPK? Also, who would like to hear some of my frightening NPK experiences?
Share your horror anecdotes with NPK attachments - we have a fleet of 5 and haven't encountered any issues, as long as regular greasing is maintained.
If you're curious about my preference, check out my post "Hammer Drop." I have nothing but praise for NPK, as it's the only brand I use. Do you have a surplus because you work in a quarry?
In our line of work, we frequently encounter rock terrain. Our fleet includes three 235 excavators - two equipped with E220 and one with E225, a Cat 225 with E210, and a spare NPK attachment (model unknown). Additionally, we have a 320 with a Cat hammer attachment. These machines are essential for tackling tough projects in New England's rocky landscapes. You can never have too many of these powerful tools in this region.
Hello, John1066! In the year of the Spanish Armada, have you had the opportunity to work in Cumberland, Rhode Island? Are you currently involved in an excavation project on Tiffany Street or possibly County Street?
Our team is currently operating in rural areas like country and tiffany street, with recent projects completed in Pawtucket and Lincoln. Currently, we are focused on excavation work in Cumberland to remove gravel.
We specialize in residential demolition services and have our own crusher and screening plants at various locations on Curran, Mendon, and Angell Rd. in Lincoln and Burrillville. We recently completed a project in Attleboro. This year, I've spent more time on the ground than in the driver's seat. Do you know Pat C?
Hey Pat, who do you work for? When you drive by our yard, it's hard to miss all the vehicles parked there - it almost looks like a dealership for cats!
I work with Mack from Cumberland, and we are currently based in a parking lot. I've heard that Pat previously worked for Arrowhead and Lucena but is now freelancing. Are you a member of local 57 in the area?
As a local employee of Company 4, I am not familiar with anyone named Pat who is currently working for us. Our team consists of only 8 individuals out of a total of 75, including office staff and maintenance workers. We have one superintendent, one labor foreman, and one operator on board. It looks like this year is going to be challenging for us.
Cat 320CL Hammer Installation: How to easily attach a hammer to your CAT 320CL excavator instead of a bucket.
Hello there, I'm a new member seeking recommendations for purchasing a hammer attachment for a Cat 305 CR excavator. I'm new to using hammers and would appreciate any guidance. I'm curious if a Caterpillar brand hammer is necessary, or if other brands are equally effective. Caterpillar claims that their hammers are specifically designed to function with the proper oil flows. Thank you!

Are you in Ireland and looking for a new or used hydraulic hammer for your machine? Any brand can be customized to fit your equipment! Cat hammers, previously manufactured by Rammer and painted in Cat colors, were also made for Bobcat and JCB. Cat is known for being one of the more expensive brands in the market.
Thank you for your response, CPS. I am located in Mayo, Ireland and I am currently undecided on whether to purchase a new or second-hand braker. I have yet to research pricing options. Could you provide information on the cost of a new braker for a 5-ton machine?

The plant in Ireland responded: Thank you for your reply CPS. I am located in Mayo, Ireland. I am undecided on whether to buy new or second hand. I have not yet looked into pricing. What would be the cost of a new breaker for a 5-ton machine? Another important factor to consider is the availability of points and chisels. I have a Case hammer (Sandvik-Rammer) and find it difficult to find longer points due to its smaller diameter compared to other hammers. Other brands offer longer points. Cheers, Graham.
Hey Graham, I never considered that before, but it's a good point. Many individuals have mentioned to me that certain breakers can be problematic and costly to repair. Some are suggesting that renting may be a better option than purchasing. What are your thoughts on this?

In a discussion about construction equipment, an individual from Ireland expressed concerns about the reliability and cost of certain breakers. They sought advice on whether it would be more practical to rent rather than buy. Another participant shared their positive experiences with running Krupp, JCB 360Q, and Case hammer, emphasizing the importance of proper maintenance such as greasing and avoiding levering with the point. The preference was for the Krupp breaker due to its narrow base, which makes it ideal for trench work. Overall, it seems that regular maintenance practices can contribute to the efficient operation of these equipment. Cheers, Graham.
I appreciate your valuable advice.

redline808 is inquiring about the manufacturer of a particular hammer for potential parts or rebuilding needs. It appears that additional tabs have been welded onto it for mounting on a different machine. If anyone has information on this, please respond. This hammer is likely a Montabert/Tramac BRP85, as I have experience rebuilding several of them and know that there are plenty of aftermarket parts accessible for these models.
The tramac we owned turned out to be utterly worthless, ranking as one of the most inferior products ever created.
Connecting a hammer to a CAT 320CL instead of a bucket is a relatively simple process if you are using pins rather than a Quick hitch. The steps for attachment are similar to changing a bucket. However, difficulties may arise if you have a quick hitch that is not a pin grabber, as you will then require a saddle or top bracket that is compatible with the hitch.
John1066 asked for horror stories involving NPk hammers, but we have experienced no issues with our 5 units thanks to regular greasing maintenance. Neglecting to grease a hammer can lead to costly problems down the line.
The newly repaired asphalt road is now fully functional.

The Tramac T120c model is a popular choice among construction professionals looking for high-quality machinery.
Hello there, fellow country enthusiast! I reside in Griffin, which is located nearby.
It appears to be an old Montabert breaker model.
I am currently in the process of identifying the brand and model of my antique hydraulic breaker. The only information I have is a set of alpha-numeric codes: AM AAN U11-17B on the block where the piston is located, and 2418 U11-1B on the side. If anyone can identify the brand and model of this breaker, please let me know as I am in need of complete seal kits for it. Thank you!
The Montabert hammer is known for its durability and longevity. With proper lubrication, this hammer can withstand years of use. The thick steel construction sets it apart from other hammers, offering a sturdier and more reliable option. Keep your Montabert hammer well-maintained to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Hello! I am a newcomer to this forum and I am in search of an air hammer and its accessories for the Komatsu PW100. Can anyone provide assistance? Thank you in advance for your help.
Yes, it appears to be Tramac equipment which I spotted at Heavy Equipment Rentals Cebu.
Hello! From what I can tell, the LG services hammersit appears to be a small factory in Italy. If you can provide more pictures, I can help you find additional information about this hammer. Are you looking for parts or manuals? Let me know how I can assist you further. Thank you, Daniel.
Thank you to everyone who responded! Just to let you know, I actually sold that hammer a while back, so there's no need for any more responses.
Due to the recent sale of redline508's hammer and the ongoing issue with spammers, I have decided to close this discussion thread.
