In 2005, my S130 skid steer experienced a change in error codes, now showing 32-65. Despite checking all wires, sensors, and power levels, the machine still won't start. Suspecting a faulty fuel shut off solenoid, which was recently replaced, I am now considering replacing the ACS controller with the part number 6682422. With only 1800 hours on the machine, I am puzzled as to what else could be causing the issue. Upon turning the key, the ACS light illuminates along with a series of beeps, signaling the code. Can anyone offer guidance on further troubleshooting steps or potential solutions?
The ACS Sensor Supply Voltage is Out of Range with Serial Number 32-65. Code 32-65 is triggered when the ACS Controller detects that the 5 Volt Sensor Supply is above 5.25 volts or below 4.75 volts. The ACS Controller constantly monitors the 5.0 volt supply to the handles, pedals, and actuators. If Code 32-65 appears, the lift and tilt functions will be disabled, possibly resulting in a Code 40-04 for "Right Joystick Switches In Error". Here is a solution for Code 32-65: 1. Verify the voltage on sensor supply wire 1500. Is it at 5.0 volts (± 0.25)? If not, conduct a wiggle test and proceed to Step 2. 2. Unplug one sensor at a time (e.g. Tilt Handle, Tilt Pedal) while measuring voltage on sensor supply wire 1500. Does the voltage return to normal? Replace or repair the affected component and move on to Step 3. 3. Perform a wiggle test on sensor supply wire 1500 for continuity to ground. Does wire 1500 have continuity to ground? If so, replace or repair the ACS harness and Controller.
I appreciate your response, I followed your advice and the ACS controller is now working flawlessly. Thank you!
