Hello and thank you in advance for any assistance. I am experiencing issues with a 2015 Bobcat T650 with 4,000 hours, equipped with an open cab and no AC. Lately, the machine has been experiencing sputtering and poor running conditions, with low and high throttle settings both affected. Despite this, it appears to have full power when not hesitating. Occasionally, a low pressure fuel rail code is triggered, causing the machine to temporarily idle down. In an effort to address the issue, I replaced the filter and added some Sea Foam to the tank, but unfortunately, the problem persists. The machine even shut down in the middle of the road for 2 hours before restarting briefly, only to stall again after moving it to the side. I checked the injector lines and fuel supply, both of which seemed to be in working order. To further diagnose the issue, I am currently constructing a hardline T with a gauge to accurately measure fuel pressure. Additionally, I topped off the diesel tank to rule out any fuel-related issues. Do you have any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
I experienced issues with my t320 due to a clogged in-tank filter, leading to engine stutters during operation. The filter became plugged, resulting in performance issues while driving.
Answer: Sputtering and poor running conditions in your Bobcat T650 could be caused by issues with fuel delivery, such as clogged filters, fuel pump problems, or fuel pressure irregularities.
Answer: To address a low pressure fuel rail code in your Bobcat T650, you may need to check the fuel pump, fuel lines, and fuel pressure regulator for any malfunctions. Additionally, monitoring fuel pressure with a gauge can help diagnose the issue accurately.
Answer: To troubleshoot fuel-related issues in your Bobcat T650, you can start by checking and replacing fuel filters, adding fuel additives like Sea Foam, inspecting the fuel pump and lines for any blockages, and measuring fuel pressure using a gauge for accurate diagnosis.
Answer: Common reasons for a construction machine like the Bobcat T650 to stall unexpectedly include fuel system issues, such as clogged filters, fuel pump failures, or fuel pressure fluctuations, which can lead to sput
