Hello everyone, I'm experiencing some issues with my loader while using a John Deere angle rotary brush on the 320D. The loader keeps tilting forward about 8 inches in just 5 minutes, despite my efforts to constantly tilt it back. I also tried a demo with a 246C Cat, which had a similar issue but only tilted about 3 inches in the same timeframe. Is there a lockout feature available to prevent this from happening? What solutions can I try to resolve this tilting problem?
Is there anyone available to assist?
When properly configured, the boom should be reaching its maximum capacity while the bucket circuit is fully rolled back, ensuring the broom is making proper contact with the ground. By setting it up correctly, you can avoid any issues with dropping. Just something to keep in mind.
Is it crucial to have rollout completely reversed upon contact? This aspect is worth investigating further, as it may have an impact on the overall effectiveness of the process.
The operator has confirmed that the equipment is always fully retracted, indicating a potential issue with the hydraulics that may require a lockout.
Answer: Answer: The tilting issue could be due to various factors such as the weight distribution, hydraulic system, or mechanical components of the loader.
Answer: Answer: The comparison indicates that both loaders experience tilting issues, with the John Deere tilting further than the Cat loader in a similar timeframe.
Answer: Answer: It's worth exploring if there is a lockout feature in the loader's system that can help prevent or mitigate the tilting issue.
Answer: Answer: Possible solutions could involve adjusting the weight distribution, checking and servicing the hydraulic system, examining the mechanical components, or seeking professional assistance for troubleshooting and repairs.
