Here are some photos of a unique custom-built truck from New Zealand, created around 20 years ago for a special project. Originally a International R190 truck, it was transformed into a powerful machine powered by a 392ci IH petrol engine located behind the front axle, paired with an Allison automatic transmission. The driver's seat was positioned in front of the axle and accessed through a sliding roof. This one-of-a-kind truck was specifically designed by skilled fitters in the workshop for transporting large Hydro penstock pipes.
I might be a bit too large to fit into that. The pictures look amazing.
This unit is in excellent condition with a fuel tank still intact, indicating that it is equipped with an engine. It is more sophisticated than a standard steer dolly, making it a stylish choice for any project.

A specialist in transporting windmill blades uses a unique IH cabover truck with an open-top operator's station beside the driver's wheel. The truck features a quirky u-joint and driveshaft setup that runs over to the power steering box. The shifter has been relocated to accommodate this setup. Additionally, the front and rear of the cab are reinforced with 3/4 inch armor plating. The driver admitted feeling terrified during the first few trips, worried about potential tire blowouts or encountering road hazards.
